Ugandan Dream by Kay Pritchard
Wednesday 21st January 2.30pm at Suttons St Nicholas Village Hall, visitors £5
Ugandan Dream is an independent charity run by an ex-Herefordshire midwife and SEN tutor. They are making life changing progress in Uganda regarding midwifery, the care for newborn babies and those born with special needs. If you have any of the following, they could be used by the charity: unused glue-sticks, African animal toys (hard, not soft), toothpaste and brushes, small musical instruments, hand puppets. Please bring to the meeting where there will also be a stall selling items to support the charity. A warm welcome awaits you at the meeting.
Best wishes

Sutton WI wins prize
At the HFWI County Show held at Munsley Hall on Saturday 25th October, The Suttons WI won the WI Co-operative Class – Autumn Highlights. They have a huge silver cup to prove it. Their exhibit comprised a photograph of autumnal trees, a hat using crochet plus a flower arrangement filled with autumnal colours to match the photograph. The whole display looked stunning and obviously impressed the judges. They won other prizes in the Photography Class and for their entry in the Preserves section.
